A true Lancashire delicacy.

Our butter pie is made in the best traditions of north west pie making. With a hearty filling of freshly peeled potatoes mixed with onions, mild cheddar cheese and rich butter. Seasoned simply with salt and pepper, this is a crowd pleaser and one of the region's best kept secrets.

Ingredients

Potato (30%), Water, Butter (4%), Salt, Onion, Cheddar Cheese, Pepper. Wheat flour, Water, Vegetable Oil, Margarine (Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier E471, Colours E160b, E100, Flavouring), Salt, Soya flour, Flour Treatment Agent E920. Milk Powder (sulphite), Stabiliser E421, Colour E160a.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen, suitable for home freezing. Use within 9 months

Cooking Instructions

Product must be baked before consumption. For best results defrost until thawed. Remove all packaging (except foil if present). Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6 for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving and do not reheat. These instructions are guidelines only as appliances may vary.
